You're reading: forUm: Three Ukrainians released from captivity in Tajikistan

 Three citizens of Ukraine, who were taken hostage by unknown attackers in Dushanbe, were released.

According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the hostage taking became known on Jan. 27. Criminals demanded $100 thousand of ransom for the release of Ukrainians.

The special forces of the Tajik Interior Ministry carried out an operation on Jan. 31, as a result of which the citizens of Ukraine were released.
