Ukraine's foreign minister Leonid Kozhara has congratulated Croatia on its accession to the European Union from July1, 2013, a letter of congratulations sent by Leonid Kozhara to deputy Prime Minister, foreign minister of Croatia Vesna Pusic reads.
“This is an extremely important landmark event in the history of Croatia, which marked the successful completion of a complex path of reform and transformation towards achieving high standards of democracy, community and social development,” the letter reads, Ukrinform informs.
