Alexander Motyl: Enthusiasm for separation and reform weakens in Ukraine

Three recent news items deserve our attention.
First the good news. According to the Russia-based Sociological Service of the Anti-Corruption Fund the vast majority of residents of Odessa and Kharkiv provinces support Ukrainian statehood and oppose Vladimir Putin’s New Russia (Novorossiya) project.
