Your editorial “UK government must come clean on EU trade” (Feb. 4) explains that EU-UK trade post-Brexit depends on a good trade treaty, for which the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Ceta) is unsatisfactory. The same is true for a UK trade treaty with Ukraine, Europe’s leading agricultural producer.
