Judy Dempsey: Poland’s foreign policy needs more, not less, Germany

Over the past few days, the spotlight in Europe has been on the collapse of the Berlin Wall in November 1989. Reams have been written about whether thereunited Germany now has a foreign policy commensurate with its economic size and political influence in Europe.
