Despite the (highly imperfect!) ceasefire in Donbass and Luhansk, political pressure has been building for additional US assistance to the Ukrainian military. Senators Menendez and Corker have introduced legislation that would impose additional sanctions on Russia and, even more importantly, would include not-insignificant quantities of lethal assistance.
