Taras Kuzio: Political repression and Ukrainophobia in Putin’s Russia

In a replay of Stalinist repression of mythical Ukrainian underground nationalist organisations, 21 Ukrainian cultural and political activists and servicemen have been sentenced in Russia and the Crimea. The majority of these are listed below but some were tried in secret and their names are therefore unknown. There are also included courageous Russians who have protested against Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aggressive policies towards Ukraine.
