Olga Bielkova

Olga Bielkova was elected to parliament in 2012 and re-elected in 2014 as part of the bloc of President Petro Poroshenko. She was born in Cherkasy and formerly worked for the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. She received a master’s degree in public administration at Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2011. She also received a graduate degree in law at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University in 2001 and a graduate degree in economics from Cherkasy State Engineering University in 1997.
