Veronika Melkozerova was a staff writer for the Kyiv Post, Ukraine’s English-language newspaper, and she remains a contributor. She also has been published elsewhere, including US News & World Report. She previously worked at Korrespondent, at the time Ukraine’s most-read weekly magazine, and was an intern on the Ukraine desk of Deutsche Welle in Bonn, Germany. In 2017, she was a participant in the First International School of Poland Central and Eastern Europe of the Jan Nowak-Jeziorański College of Eastern Europe. She worked at the Kyiv Post from June 2015-December 2018.
