Job description
The Business Editor is directly responsible for the overall development of the Kyiv Post‘s business news section.
Responsibilities include:
– Managing the business team
– Assigning coverage, duties and overall work of the business pod
– Tracking the performance of the business pod
– Overseeing and editing the coverage of all business supplements, special focuses, online and newspaper coverage
– Contributing articles to the newspaper
– Attending business conferences for networking and business meetings
– Hiring and training new employees
– The position requires deep knowledge of Ukraine’s economic environment and a strong network with the business community
– Must have a degree in Business, Economics, International Affairs or the like
