The Unseen (film festival)

The Unseen film festival will screen movies released in 2017 that were not distributed in Ukraine. Among other films, the festival’s list includes Oscar-nominated romantic drama “Call Me By Your Name,” Sundance Film Festival’s hit, comedy drama “Brigsby Bear” and criminal drama “Roman J. Israel, Esq.” starring Denzel Washington, nominated for Oscar in the Actor in a Leading Role category this year. The screenings will be in English with Ukrainian subtitles.

Listen to Yourself

Listen to Yourself is an exhibition of works by Ukrainian artist Tetyana Yablonska, who is famous for her paintings of people living in rural areas. The exhibition features Yablonska’s late works, which were painted in the impressionism style.

Rhythm Büro

Rhythm Büro electronic party series starts the new season with a party at Plivka space. Spanish techno DJ Oscar Mulero heads the lineup. Apart from him, Varg and Na Nich will play sets. The music will be accompanied by visual effects.

The exhibition explores the life after the war in six Ukrainian Donbas cities near the front lines: Lysychansk, Bakhmut, Pokrovsk, Siverodonetsk, Konstyantynivka and Dobropillya.
