Ukraine has recorded 638 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as of 9 a.m. on July 14.
At the moment, there are 26,205 active cases in the country. The total number of infections in Ukraine stands at 54,771; a total of 27,154 citizens have recovered and 1,412 have died of the disease.
Among all cases registered in Ukraine, 3,906 are children and 7,499 are medical workers.
In the past 24 hours, Ukraine recorded 14 new deaths from COVID-19, 157 patients have been hospitalized and 651 have recovered. The highest numbers of new cases were registered Lviv Oblast (147), Kyiv (112), and Zakarpattia Oblast (67).

A total of 9,711 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests were administered across the country during the past 24 hours. In addition, Ukrainian laboratories carried out 13,394 antibody tests (ELISA), Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said at his morning briefing on July 14.
Globally, the number of COVID-19 cases has reached over 13.2 million as of July 14; over 575,627 people have died and 7.7 million patients have recovered.
The United States, Brazil, India and Russia have the highest numbers of cases. Ukraine ranks 36th in the world by total number of cases but has done significantly fewer tests since the beginning of the outbreak compared to other countries.
