The Index for Monitoring Reforms (iMoRe) is +0.8 points for the period from Dec. 23 to Jan. 5, out of possible range from -5,0 to +5,0. In the previous round, the index was +1.0 points. Market surveillance reform, transplantation, medical guarantee program launch, new Electoral Code, subordination of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NEURC) to the Cabinet of Ministers, unsuccessful attempt to lift the immunity of MPs.
