The index for monitoring of reforms (iMoRe) is +0.5 points for the period from Nov. 12- 25, on a scale of -5.0 to +5.0. In the previous round the index was 0.9 points. Among the events of this round are the laws aimed at solving the problem of “Europlates” – cars that have a foreign registration. The laws provide for increased liability for violating the rules of importing cars into Ukraine (+2.0 points) and reducing the excise tax on customs clearance (+1.0 points).
