The Index for Monitoring Reforms (iMoRe) was +0.7 points for the period from Sept. 16 to Sept. 29, on a scale from -5.0 to +5.0. The first reforms from the Verkhovna Rada of 9th convocation are here. The experts differed in opinion on the Law “on restarting governing institutions” and on the attestation of prosecutors.
