How to keep the Kyiv Post alive and strong for the next 23 years

For many of us here at the Kyiv Post, Oct. 18 represents a miracle. It’s our birthday. This year, the newspaper turns 23 years old.

For all we’ve been through with Ukraine, we’re grateful and lucky to be alive and strong, and we hope those who rely on our journalism feel the same way.

We’ve been fortunate to have three publishers – Jed Sunden, Mohammad Zahoor and Adnan Kivan — who have invested in the newspaper.

But the Kyiv Post has historically earned most of its revenues through advertising, subscriptions and events. The best way of achieving editorial independence is through commercial independence.

So we ask you to take advantage of our one-time offer marking our 23rd birthday. We’re offering a 23 percent discount on a yearly online subscription, normally $60; now just $46.20 with this offer.

So please subscribe today. We aim to be right here, in Ukraine, for many more years to come, providing a global voice for Ukraine in the global language.
